Our Story
My name is Matt Burns and my wife, Wansiri Burns. We have two daughters Summer and Abigale. I was born in Louisville, KY. Wansiri was born and grew up in Thailand. I graduated from Vincennes University with a degree in Electronics and went out west (Arizona and Oregon) to work for Intel from 2000 - 2015 and met my wife while worki

I graduated from Vincennes University with a degree in Electronics and went out west (Arizona and Oregon) to work for Intel from 2000 - 2015 and met my wife while working in Oregon. Wansiri went to college in Bangkok Thailand for Accountancy.
As I grew tired of my job, I started looking to the future to see what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I also had health problems which caused me to have a major lifestyle change and along the way I discovered the importance of plants. I started to pay more attention to what I was putting into my body. At this time I decided I wanted to have a change in career and become a farmer.
Plans were made to leave Intel, buy some land back in Indiana and start farming. Those plans became a reality in 2015 when we finally made the move. Since then we have started producing veggies to sell at two Farmers Market as well as online. As of October of 2022 we have put up three greenhouses with another one planned in early 2023. A few years before we left Oregon, we started making soap and lotion. I was very unhappy with the lotion available in the stores with its ingredients you couldn't pronounce and it simply didn't work. We now have been making soap and lotion since 2012. We chose Hemp Seed Oil to build around due to its many benefits for the skin such as; regulating oil production, locking in moisture, anti aging, anti inflammation, prevents free radical damage, and many other benefits. This oil combined with Coconut oil, Shea butter, Avocado Oil, Almond Oil and others makes outstanding lotions and soaps.
There were several people asking if we shipped our soap and lotion so we decided to go ahead and start doing so. Please check back often as we rotate in new seasonal fragrances.
Our soap is not fancy to look at and its not cut into a cool shape but it does what soap is suppose to do. Our soap will leave your skin very soft and the smells are amazing. The lotion we make will have you coming back for more and not want to even look at another store bought lotion again.
